I was born in Kızılcahamam Ankara in 1952. I completed my primary education in Ahmet Rasim primary school and my secondary education in Darüşşafaka High School both in Istanbul. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Istanbul Technical University Electrical Engineering Faculty in 1974. And my MSc degree again in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University , in U. S. A. in 1977. I received my Ph. D. from Istanbul Technical University in 2000. I have been working in the Technical Education Faculty of Kocaeli University as an Assoc. Prof. since 2005.
